Tuba City, AZ

I am on my way to Moab. Tonight, I am staying in Tuba City, Arizona which is part of the Navajo Nation, a Native American governed territory covering 27,425 square miles in portions of northeastern Arizona, southeastern Utah, and northwestern New Mexico.

If you are ever in the area, the Navajo Interactive Museum is a worthwhile visit. Having seen the movie Windtalkers, I found the code talkers exhibit particularly interesting (the Japanese were never able to break their code during WWII).

PS - the weather forecast is a low near freezing tonight!

Definitely colder than I would have liked. Fortunately, the daytime temperatures are much nicer.
