When I moved into the park 15 years ago, the first couple I met were my neighbors, Terry & Gail Averett. We became very good friends and shared some great times together. Unfortunately, Gail passed away yesterday after a long period of declining health. She was one of the nicest people I have ever met and will be missed. My condolences to Terry for his loss.
